Feel Good Factor: Enhanced physical activities do help in enhanced production of neurotransmitters often called as endorphins, which is knows as a feel good factor of mind. So, exercises have a direct relationship in making you more capable of handling stress effectively.
Meditation Effect: We all know that meditation too is very helpful in having control of our stress levels. When we are doing exercises, you always are in awareness of your body’s motion as well as pressures and you literally forget to focus on your mind’s distractions, thus exercises also help you to have the same effects as in case of meditation. Meditation is not possible for many for various reasons; however one can do exercises in most cases easily.
Self Esteem Effect: After doing exercises, you often feel very good about yourself. Which increases your self-esteem, this sense of enhanced self-esteem act as an aid in combating your normal day to day stress conditions very easily?

I will suggest you to select an exercise as per your own wish. If you will like an exercise by yourself, then only it will have more chances to get it done on a regular basis. Nothing is bad actually when it comes to physical exercises. Even sexual activity with someone you like can be a good physical exercise which can relieve or help you to combat stress. In most cases, something like dance on your own favorite music will do great for you. So, don’t wait for days, just for the sake of selecting the best exercises for you.
What if you don’t have time to do exercise in your daily schedule?
In the answer of above question, I will ask you another question. Are you busier than the CEO’s of fortune 500 companies? Or Are you busier than the President? I feel, you can answer it easily. Certainly not, Right. But let me remind you, that all of these people do take time to do regular physical activities. So, I do believe you can too, can devote some of your time to do regular physical exercise. Not only this will help to be fit healthy, but this will help you to keep your stress at a level where you can easily manage it.
