Do something pleasant: To quickly change your emotions, one smart thing is to involve yourself in a activity whi
ch like the most. Like, you can play with your child, reading or even enjoying your hobby.
Help someone: This is one I like the most. Have you ever noticed your feelings and emotions when you have helped someone specially who is not at all related with you and the person who is getting help from you is not going to help you in future. This simple act of good will gives you a sense of accomplishment and can do miracles in terms of managing your emotions to come out from stress.
