3. Hyperstress – The stress which has gone beyond one’s limit to cope with stress levels.

4. Hypo stress – As name suggests, this type of stress comes where you normally don’t feel inspired enough to do a challenging job.

Physical Symptoms:

There are several common physical symptoms which can easily suggests that you are going through a severe stress conditions. Some common symptoms are chest pain, migraine, loss of appetite, constipation, muscle cramps, high sweating, increased hair loss, infertility, neck pain, back pain etc.
